Were back!!

This weekend has been the craft trade show in Birmingham called 'Stitches' had a great time and met some lovely, lovely people it has been a very enjoyable weekend. As I was getting ready to go on Sunday morning it started snowing!! But it was going to take more than a little snow to put us off!! So Chanelle aka Angelwhispers and I packed the car and off we went...

Just one lane open...

... but we made it! Leaving in such a rush I forgot so many things, including the tickets, info about where we were staying, hair dryer....

A quick phone call home and we were sorted. Once in the show we met many people from blog land including Jak from Crafters Kitchen

Jak it was great chatting with you and the rest of the team from La Pashe we are looking forward to our goodies arriving especially the new stamps.

Thats all for tonight, I will blog more on what we have been buying and expected delivery dates later in the week.

Fabulous day!!

I have been lucky enough to go on a Ranger workshop today with Suzie, Claudine and Tim!! It was fantastic!! It was action packed non stop crafting all the way! First of all we did some melt art techniques with Suzie using the melt pot.

I actually preferred the other side on this so when sticking it on my frame I turned it over.

Next studio paint techniques with Claudine using studio paints and sticky back canvas. Followed by Tim who showed us some alcohol ink and distress techniques using the new distress ink pad colours which are gorgeous! They are a real must have!! All the new colours are great and complement the exciting range perfectly! They will all be available at Craft Den shortly, more on that later. We then put all the items made during the three crafting sessions to make this...

complete with me taking a picture!! lol
Off to bed now, another early start tomorrow.
