Thank you all for your kind thoughts and well wishes last week for about my Aunties funeral. It was a lovely service and nice to catch with all the family just wish the circumstances could have been different.
Now for WOYWW not joined in for ages, so I thought I would share with you one of my many WIP that I am now going to settle down to finish, fingers crossed. I will let you know how I get on. I also have a few things to show that we have been making in class, which I hope to blog later in the week. We made a fab bird cage last week in our Wednesday night class using T!ms caged bird die, more on that later.
My work space this morning 'A stitch in time' the title I have given to one of my altered book workshops coming up next month. This picture is of the front cover.
Really enjoying making this, cant wait until the weekend when I am hoping to get this and a lot of other projects finished. If you have not heard of WOYWW why not pop over to Julias blog and find out more or even better join in, it is loads of fun and you get to snoop around other work spaces and see some beautiful creations on the way.
I started this post at 9.30am this morning, been unable to upload pics all day, just wondering has anyone else had this problem?
If you have not joined in yet with our challenge over on
Eyelets & Brads
This challenge will run until next Tuesday evening the 25th Jan.
Thanks for stopping by.

Your book looks fabulous now so it'll look even better when its finished Don't for get to show us! I'd never know where to stop, no...actually I'd never know where to start!!
ReplyDeleteYes, Lynne, I had real problems with images today. I thought it was just me. Shaz Silverwolf rang me to give me one solution which she had found. When you upload photos, they all go into a Picasa album. When you want to select a photo to go on your post, you select it from the Picasa album rather than the usual way. It is much faster, and the photo is far more stable, and less likely to vanish. Hope that helps. If you want further help, email me an I will try to talk you through what Shaz told me with pictures.
ReplyDeleteThat looks gorgeous Lynne x
