The challenge over at
Anything Goes is Lavender & Lace. This is the card I made and didn't get round to blogging it, but you know what they say "Better late than never" Lavender & Lace is Challenge No. 71 and runs until July 23rd 2012. So why not
pop over and have a look at what our very talented design team have created.
The card is 8" x 8" the backing papers are from a Dream Catcher 1st edition 8" paper stack the image is from a set of Mo Manning die cut card toppers, with lots of yummy flowers, pins, lace finished of with Stickles
For those of you who have been asking about the levels of the River Loxley near my home with all of the rain we had been having earlier this month. I have a few pictures to share with you from two weeks ago last Friday July 6th 2012. If you live in the Sheffield area you may remember the concerns that the River Don looked like it was ready to burst it banks again, and Meadowhall shut early just in case. Luckily the River Don peaked at 9pm with no flooding.
My pictures were taken on Friday 6th July at 7pm.
You can usually see the rocks and stones on the river bed with a few ducks as in the next picture taken a couple of weeks earlier while Ava was feeding the ducks.
